Download Official Final Release Android ICS 4.0.3 for Samsung Galaxy S 2 GT-i9100 - March 2012

Finally, the latest official releases for Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 started to roll out today for Samsung Galaxy S II users, via Kies or FOTA (Firmware Over The Air). Be sure to use Wifi connection if you have the option to update your firmware over the air, if not just use Samsung Kies.

These are the regions that got the update, if you don't want to wait anymore, just download the firmware and use ODIN to flash it:
