Samsung has finally started making official ROMs for the Galaxy S II based on Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.
sammobile.com released a couple of days ago 2 new official Beta roms based on ICS for Galaxy S2:

Flash guide:
1. Open ODIN.
2. Select. PIT – PDA (CODE) – PHONE (MODEM) and CSC.
3. Reboot into download mode and start flashing.
4. Wait until your phone reboots.
